TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking and paying a deposit/any amount you are confirming you agree to the following terms and conditions.

When you confirm you’d like to go ahead with the order quoted, Honey will issue an invoice with payment details. To secure your booking, Honey requires a 50% non-refundable deposit + any additional costs for add-ons such as florals or cake toppers being ordered. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. The remaining balance of the invoice must be received 7 days prior to the collection/delivery date of order. Clients are also welcome to pay in full upfront at the time of booking. All payments are made via a direct bank transfer and details for payment will be provided at the time of booking.

Orders for made to order/online shop products require 3 days notice.

Delivery & pick up hours are 9:30am - 1:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

CLICK & COLLECT TERMS & CONDITIONS

If we are unable to fulfil your order due to being at full capacity or closed, we have the right to cancel and refund your online order in full, within 72 business hours after your order was placed. 

By placing a click & collect online order, you agree to terms and conditions. You agree to arrive during the dedicated time slot you have selected at checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT POLICY

We know understand that things happen! If you wish to cancel your order, we require this to be in writing via email.

If you wish to cancel your order more than 7 days prior to your agreed collection/delivery date, Honey The Cakery will retain the 50% non refundable deposit, but we will refund the remaining balance of the invoice if it has been paid. Any cancellations made within 7 days before the agreed collection/delivery cake will result in Honey The Cakery retaining the 50% non refundable deposit and have the discretion to refund the remaining balance of invoice if paid.

Orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed delivery date/time will unfortunately not be accepted, and the booking will be fulfilled.

CANCELLATIONS

We want every client to be 100% happy with your Honey order! However, any refunds that are requested because of dissatisfaction of design, colour or overall decoration will not be accepted. If you are not happy with the flavor or quality of your cake and request a refund, this will be decided at the discretion of Honey The Cakery. Honey The Cakery accepts no responsibility for serving quantities and amounts, our servings numbers are an estimation and to be used as a guide only. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for a cake / dessert item that has been consumed.

REFUNDS

Once a product has been delivered, customers accept all responsibility. Honey The Cakery takes no responsibility if a cake is damaged after it has been delivered to the customers address or event space.

DAMAGE

It’s our honor to be chosen as your baker to create a cake you’ll love. We hope that you love our style and aesthetic as much as we do. However, we do not copy other designers work. We are always happy to see your inspiration images as inspiration only. We will always do our best to communicate with you so we can produce a cake you’ll love.
